  “I have been paying Credit Systems for the past couple of years. I am not exactly sure because I can't get a printout of what I owe or what I have paid. They say that they can't send me any paperwork. So I guess I am suppose to just assume that Credit Systems is going to let me know when my balance is paid off? This is not the way business is done and I am confused as what to do. I guess my next step will be to talk to an attorney.”
