  by the FTC, CFPB, FBI, and Secret Service over more than 2-years, has begun to close in on SIA in MD, VA, and other parts of the U.S., on a crackdown into criminal car GPS hackings, interstate grand-theft auto, and felonious criminal conversions of, to date, more than 10,000 consumers' cars from 2010 to 2015. Publications on nationwide news media and print media has begun to further close in on this criminal enterprise and its RICO acts violations under 18 U.S.C. 1030, 1962(d), and 1964(c). MD AG, VA AG, PA AG,
  and N.J. AG have presently been informed by FTC and FBI on interstate theft of stolen vehicles.
